What follows breaks the rule against revealing demographic information in public spaces, no matter how vague.  Stealthy stalkers will now be able to calculate my age.  *gasp* You see, your playlist has moved me, Kieth.  The Wallflower’s One Headlight was playing on the radio incessantly the summer I first learned the joys of being a jilted lover.

Hearing the song, indeed, just seeing the title written down, takes me right back to being an enraged and unlovable teenager.  In a good way.

Holy smokes!  I just realized it!  This is my jilted lover playlist!

Kidding, kidding.  I’ve never been jilted.  Besides, that playlist would be called something else entirely.  Maybe The Stabbed Songs.

Well knock me over with a feather, the daughter was right last night when we were listening to the Eels and she said, “that’s a Shrek song.”

That’s actually a pretty good playlist.  Today I’m doing albums:  Jerry Lee Lewis, Bryan Adams, The Go-Gos.  Something country next, maybe the Tractors.

Well, okay, amend that. As ever, I have an opinion to foist on your hapless website. That album by Live is SUCKY SUCKY SUCKY. Blech. Horrid.

Now carry on. Thanks.

Never heard the Live album, only the song.

And I’ll assume you meant to type “hatless website.”
